I’m really not express my thoughts, but I guess so…
TOdays Sunday (sigh)… aka universal don’t do anything but procrastinate and watch reality television day…. I’ve spent the past four hours, surfing the web, talking shit on twitter, talking to my best friend STEPH <3, and staring at this pile of laundry hoping my laser vision will turn on and zap it all away.
Of course there’s no food in my house. I go on a scavenger hunt while in on the phone, barely paying attention to Steph ( sorry boo ) I find a plantain at the bottom of my fridge. (Thank GOd for being West Indian)
I decide to boil this plantain, which also happens to be the last edible thing in my refrigerator. Then of course like the dumbass I am, I continue talking on the phone, surfing the web, and staring at my tenacious pile of laundry…..
An hour later, the smoke alarm is going off and I have single handedly managed to scorch a pot. Burned (Boiled) Plantains UGH. #shrugsfuckit …Im calling for chinese food ! This isn’t a reflection on my cooking abilities ( or lack there of ) All I know is that my husband will be one hell of a chef. You know your horrible in the kitchen when you cant even cook to survive smh !
I should have baked a cake !
